• Ticket Holder must wear a costume.
• No exchange of tickets will be made under any circumstances and tickets are not transferable.
• No refund on tickets will be made under any circumstances except pursuant to conditions under Event Cancellation or Postponement.
• The resale of tickets is prohibited.
• Events for a Cause, Inc. staff reserves the right without refund or compensation to refuse admission to any persons whose conduct is disorderly, unbecoming, or not in costume.
• WNO staff may add, withdraw or substitute artistes and/or vary advertised programs, event times, seating arrangements and event capacity without prior notice.
• Events for a Cause, Inc. and Witches Night Out may use the ticket holder's image or likeness in any live or recorded video display, photograph or picture.
• Events for a Cause, Inc. may postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond his reasonable control.
• The Ticket Holder agrees to submit to any search for any prohibited items including but not limited to weapons, controlled, dangerous and illegal substances and recording devices.
• The Ticket Holder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the event whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual event, including any death, personal injury, loss, damage or liability.
• By transacting on our website for the Springfield event, purchase certifies that purchaser and all patrons are at least 21 years of age and understands and accepts these conditions of use.
• All minors attending the Joliet event must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• Any complaints regarding the event will be directed to and dealt with by the Witches Night Out Co-Chairs or Executive Director.
• Purchase certifies that ticket holder will comply with health and safety rules and any security requirements (including security searches for the safety of those attending the event). The venue and Events for a Cause, Inc. will have rights to refuse admission or eject you in certain circumstances and these are likely to include if you are involved with abusive, threatening, drunken or other anti-social behavior, or carry offensive weapons or illegal or prohibited substances.
• When Ticket Holder receives the tickets, check the details carefully. When attending the event, carry proof of age if appropriate.
